The person in question is a French national, living and running three businesses in Thailand. It is my estimate based on figures seen by me and issued by him that he owes me a minimum of 100 million Thai Baht for commissions due on a very lucrative business I introduced him to, on which in my calculation based on figures supplied by him, he made approximately 500 million Thai Baht! He became greedy wishing to keep all of the proceeds for himself and therefore broke the contract we had which was on word of mouth. His greed has created considerable hardship for our family. I was relying on my commissions from him as when I retired, I had no pension provided by my employer Geodis Thailand. I had some savings, most of which went towards purchase of a home for my family, school and university fees as well as the normal cost of living. I have tried several times to get him to honour his debt, but he has shown no intention of doing the right thing.
